awesome pics, awesome job everyone.

king...that is a sick trophy ,AWESOME

Aren't we all pretty? :)

I remember looking at Exodus after he was done...you couldn't FORCE the grin off his face. He was filthy. He had sweat everywhere, black stuff from the tire across his face, knee sleeves fallen, and smelled like everyone else there (horrible)...

I guess that there is something really amazing about looking and feeling like that. Maybe it is the fact that you survived. Maybe it is because you won or lost. Naaa...I don't think that. I think that it is because you KNOW that you have pushed your body farther than it wanted to go. Because you KNOW that your mind was stronger than your body was that day. You can simply look at yourself and KNOW that you accomlished something...today. Accomplishment.

thanks man..... i remember when you looked at me and said that. i didnt understand it now but after reading that , your right. with bodybuilding you may win or loose but the work was done ahead of time. with this, you still put in the work ahead of time, but then you get the chance to push your body to , and past that breaking point. i hit mine on the tire, i remember when my body said no, and my mind over ruled it and it kept on flipping. i had accomplished something. and im still smiling.:D
(but i did take a bath)
