I am cutting right now, let my body get wayyyyyyyyyyyy outa shape and hadn't been running or working out in the last three months, i started working out again (only free-weight compound movements) and cutting up with high protien low carb diest (1-3 days a week carb up) and about 1 hour of running a day also taking an eca- HP beta lean by eas. what i've noticed is no weight loss but i look more muscular and less fat. is it possible if the protien is high enough to actually put on strength and muscle while lossing fat or is this absolutely impossible. I have not decreased my varbs just burning more and increased protien consumption way more.
