muscle while cutting?

I am cutting right now, let my body get wayyyyyyyyyyyy outa shape and hadn't been running or working out in the last three months, i started working out again (only free-weight compound movements) and cutting up with high protien low carb diest (1-3 days a week carb up) and about 1 hour of running a day also taking an eca- HP beta lean by eas. what i've noticed is no weight loss but i look more muscular and less fat. is it possible if the protien is high enough to actually put on strength and muscle while lossing fat or is this absolutely impossible. I have not decreased my varbs just burning more and increased protien consumption way more.

1day i came to class,my freind was like whats up i said nothing i feel weak,i checked my weight 4weeks starting weight was 170 right i said now i starting to feel week,than i checked my weight yesterday same 170,he than tells me probably fat turning into muscle,than i oh ,but i do believe it cause i am starting to see somewha results
 
hmmmm well

gaining muscle mass while cutting fat is very very hard. When your natural this is almost imposible (nothing is imposible after all :p).

Although i have heard a lot of peeps who said they actually gained muscle mass while simultanionly cutting back they're fat.

But like i said in the first paragraph doing this is almost imposible while your natural. This holds true for all of us who have been training for while, but as you said you just came back from a lay off.

Strating training after you had a lay of for a while. Or just starting training for the first time schocks the body a lot. It dont matter what you do you will gain a lot. Sigh wish i could go back to those days :p Especially since your eating right.

So my advice would be to just keep it up, but dont expect this to stay this way for long. When your body addapts you will have to make the choice between cutting or bulking again.

Plus do NOT think about taking ad yet, get in shape first. You can acive a lot while staying natural. Get some years under your belt first. Hey im natural too, ok i look like shit but hey be a bro stay natural for a while.


P.S. d00ffy if your feeling weak your probably overtraining man. take a couple of extra rest days. Or a whole week off :o
 
yeah maybe it's because i have started trainning again that i look more muscular all of a sudden (ben trainning about 4 ears before this all natural)
 
You can't do it at the same time, but since you were on a 3 month hiatus your body isn't used to the stress anymore so it's treating you like a "beginner" again. And we all know beginner's can pull this off. It is also possible to bulk and cut in a short period of time cycling between the 2, giving you the illusion "its at the same time." But it cannot happen simultaneously, you either in a catabolic state or an anabolic state but never in both states at the same time. This is what I think.
 
Right now I'm leaning out and my strength keeps increasing.
My weight is also hovering around 180, so I think it is possible. Protein isn't crazy high, but calories are definately restricted.
I'm not doing any cardio, but train 5-6 times a week, twice a day.
...also I'm on 350mgs trenbolone, 400mgs deca and 500mgs test-suspension per week

musclefattie bottom line is your either bulking or cutting.

You can not get bigger while still retaining your abs. Cause this is the impression im getting from you. This just cant be done.

If you really really wanna do this, get some advice from the pharmacutical guys on here. But i'd advice you to stay away from drugs for a couple of years still because i dont get the impression that you have a lot of knowledge yet. Just try to be natural for while to come.

Being natural isnt that bad. I look good come summertime too mayb not as good as i could if i were on. but reasonable anyway. And if i can look reasonable so can you :D
 
You can cycle bulking and cutting
by changing your caloric intake and/or macronutrients
to suit your needs just like normally but instead of
changing from bulking to cutting (or vice versa) in
a 3 month or so span, you switch phases
sooner. I am guessing like every 2-3 weeks?
I don't know the specifics, as i never actually read
about one of these diets, but I know the results will be the
same as a normal bulking/cutting cyclical system, just
switched over sooner. Can anyone give us some info on such
a diet cycle?
