Muscle Knot

I have had a knot in my delt for about 2 months. Its the size of a dime. I have been heating it with a heat pad and even message the heck out of it and nothing... Should I aspirate it and see what happens or will it go away. Its not infected or sore to the touch and its not the egg that you get....

Hard to say without seeing feeling it. If it needs to be drained I would go to a dr. so it doesn't get infected.
Otherwise try and have a massues rub it out.

What you need to look for is a heat massage place. Hey if they want to jerk you off after that cool too.
