[FONT="]Anyone else experience cramps in whatever muscle you worked about an hour post training? It happens especially bad for me in my bi' s, tri's, and chest. This problem is also exacerbated by being on cycle, especially when I'm running tren I know it's not dehydration because I drink at least a gallon a day, I've also tried supplementing with potassium but that didn't help either, any suggestions?[/FONT]
