Muscle building supplementation or PH

Hi
I am female 6'2 181 lbs. I am looking to increase muscle mass and lose some of the excess fat around my waist. I am already on a great diet & workout routine. I am looking for a supplement or pro hormone I can get legally to help. I don't mind any virilizing effects.

Needto is on the money. List what you eat for a day and also what your routine looks like. It will help us get a clear picture.
 
Breakfast - 1/2 cupp egg whites, 4 pieces of turkey bacon, oatmeal
Mid Morning - 1/2 cup cottage cheese with fruit (apple or orange)
Lunch - Protein shake (1tbsp peanut butter, 1/4 cup oats, 1.5 scoops Max Muscle High 5 protein)
Mid afternoon - handful of peanuts
Dinner - either grilled chicken or steak, steamed vegatable and rice
I do a full body workout 3x's a week doing 1 excercise for each body part (4 sets,15 reps or failure)

As everyone already said, lease list what your diet looks like. Also your height, age and what type of workout routine you have.

In order for you to accomplish what you want, you first have to have your diet in check as well as your training. Once you do that and you still want to take something to help, then and only then you can. Meanwhile in order for us to help you more effectively, it would be best if you list what you eat and drink through the day as well as what your training routine is. Without these two, there isn't a pill that will get you there.
