Mr.X, I know this off topic, but I would like to get your opinion? What type of cardio do you recommend while losing bodyfat? Treadmill? Or the Reclinable Bike? Also, I know AM cardio is the BEST for losing bodyfat. But what do you think about cardio done post workout? Is it beneficial? Will it result in more muscle loss compared to AM cardio?
