Mr.X, What Type Of Cardio & What Time???

Mr.X, I know this off topic, but I would like to get your opinion? What type of cardio do you recommend while losing bodyfat? Treadmill? Or the Reclinable Bike? Also, I know AM cardio is the BEST for losing bodyfat. But what do you think about cardio done post workout? Is it beneficial? Will it result in more muscle loss compared to AM cardio?

either one is fine, I would think treadmill is a tad bit easier, as long as you stick to low-intensity you should be able to keep the muscle mass while burning off some fat....it really doesn't matter the machine

Also, I know AM cardio is the BEST for losing bodyfat. But what do you think about cardio done post workout? Is it beneficial?
yes, it's beneficial
Will it result in more muscle loss compared to AM cardio?
I couldn't tell you that, it all depends on the person

you could do underwater basket weaving as long as it keeps your heart rate up. do any cardio you like, as long as that heart rate gets elevated
 
I walk my dogs through the bush at 4:30am....

.... not only do I get 50-odd minutes of low-moderate intensity cardio, my dogs get some exercise and I get to see a brilliant sunrise and get to appreciate the beautiful Australian bush. Works out nicely.
