Thought I posted, buy maybe not
I have a series of quotes I wake and live each day by. so I guess you could say I have a different one for each day of the week and then one quote that helps me stick to anything that I truely want
The Power of Belief:
"Believe in yourself. You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you stop to look fear in the face... You must do that which you think you cannot do"
Do it now:
"Sometimes there is no next time, no second chance, no time out. Somteims... it's now or never!"
The Courage of Integerity:
"The highest courage is to dare to be yourself in the face off adversity. Choosing right over wrong, ethics over convenience, and truth over popularity... These are the choices that measure your life. Travel the path of integrity without looking back, for there is never a wrong time to do the right thing!"
Challenges:
"A bump in the road is either an obstacle to be fought or an opportunity to be enjoyed... it is all up to you."
Improvise:
"There are two ways of meeting difficulties. You alter the difficulties or you alter yourself to meet them!"
Effort:
"The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra"
Success:
"You are truly successful when you can look back in forgiveness, forward in hope and up with gratitude!"
I am not for sure who those are by but I usually apply those in each individual day of the week. However I have some more w/ authors
All human actions have one or more of these seven causes: chance, nature, compulsions, habit, reason, passion, desire. - Aristotle
Animals feed; man eats. Only the man of intellect and judgment knows how to eat. - Brillat, Antheime
In life, as in art, the beautiful moves in curves. - Bulwer-Lytton, Edward Robert
My manner of thinking, so you say, cannot be approved. Do you suppose I care? A poor fool indeed is he who adopts a manner of thinking for others! My manner of thinking stems straight from my considered reflections; it holds with my existence, with the way I am made. It is not in my power to alter it; and were it, I'd not do so - de Sade, Donatien Alphonse Francois
Weakness is Death - Swami Vivekanand
Maybe someone can gain some inspiration from those! I like them!
