Well on one of my bulking cycles I was eatting about 6000cal a day pretty much anything I saw at the dorm dinning hall. I gained about 30lbs or so and put on a little fat of course.
ive learned now that u should eat very clean while bulking. IMO
I eat between 5200-5500 cal/day depending on bw. Add a hundred or so for every 10 lbs. I gain. I eat pretty clean though so although it does not seem like a lot, it really is. I have to eat every two hours or so.
