Hey guys,
I haven been working out in the evening because it's impossible for me to do it in the am since I have to be in college at 7 am, I would like to ask you guys if it makes any difference morning or evening work out, do you get the same benefits? some people say it's better in the morning on an empty stomach because your body gets the energy it needs from stored fat so you get cut faster and burn more body fat, true?
