So take about 25 gs of protien about 30 mins before cardio then eca stack then wait an hour to eat? sounds about right?

hmm

If you are that worried of muscle loss, go buy some amino acid tablets, and take those 30-0 mins before your cardio, that way your body can use the amino's you digested instead of any muscle. I think the mourning cardio is a good idea, but if you do cardio 2-3 hours after a meal , I think it is just as effective. Hopefully that meal was very low carb and you should be good.

you'd better take BCAAs and/or L-Glutamine for their anti-catabolic properties

i take glutamine before cardio but i was told by someone on this board that all that does is raise amonia levels in the blood...can someone further explain this claim?

I know I didn't tell you that, but I can tall you that glutamine does NOT raise amino acid levels, it's only ONE amino. It's just thought to be somewhat anti-catabolic, doesn't mean it will prevent muscle loss.
