More Squat Suit/ Brief Issues...(Help Irish!)

OK,

So Tommy, I got my brieffs and suit in today from Frantz. I had to send them back the first time, cause I wasn't getting them past my knees. (Both are double polys)

So I did get into my briefs. Really, Really tight still - but I think they are right. I have heard the first time is by far the hardest, and that they stretch out a little after that.

So I get the briefs on, and I think they were still maybe an inch to low. (They weren't totally crushing my nuts - but I've been on for four months so I don't really have nuts anymore. - But my twig was hurting.)

Anyway, they felt really pretty good. I just went into my weight room and threw on 135 and they allowed me to get my feet all the way out to monolift width, and no hip pain at all. However, maybe because they were an inch or so too low, I found myself fighting to push my knees out. - They suit tried to bring them together a bit. - Not bad - but just checking.

OK, so then I tried so get the squat suit on over the briefs. That must have been my mistake, because they are the exact same maesurements fromt he exact same manufacturer, but I was getting them up far enough at all!

Anyway, I had no help from anyone, so hopefully that will change.


Just wondering if you had any suggesitons?

BTW, I used shitloads of baby powder for both.

Here's my plan. I will alternate DE days by squatting in the briefs one week and the suit with straps down the next, just to get them stretched out where they will slide on a little easier.

Then in a few weeks, I will try to get both on together, and take some weights.

Oh yeah,

Why do the briefs come up to my nipples?

And are they supposed to be tight at the top? Cause they aren't. I think everything is fine - just making sure.

Animal-what was tour opinion of the Frantz ear other than tight? I bought a inzer champion(single ply) but dont think much of it.

I think that your knee wanting to come in is due to iether one, that your suit was lower than supposed to be or two that you wern't used to sqauting that far out. No big deal there.

Yes the breifs are supposed to come up to your chest but not real tight. allows you to get a belt around it.

VDOP I have used the Frantz briefs for the past two years and loved them. Recently they just blew on me ( overwashing) and i decided to get an Inzer-z suit for my briefs instead. One because they are a little cheaper and two it was highly recomended to me by PLJay. So i took a chance. Getting it on today was one of the hardest and most painful things i've done in a long time but working in them with straps down for speed squats today was AWESOME! I agree the champions arn't much but they are better than nothing.

i think they are still too tight. it is a matter of personal preference, but the bigger you get, the more it is going to bind you up and push you forward.

my competition briefs can be put on myself with no baby powder. i used to use baby powder and shit, but it is such a fucking pain in the ass.

so... if i were you, get em bigger still. frantz tends to send em to you tight.


re: blowouts. if you wear your stuff so tight it needs baby powder, it will probably blow on you eventually. BUT, i have had a pair of frantz briefs that i have had for 7 years and they are still fine.
