ok got some great ideas from everyone on my work out for more push-ups. however, i need to inform everyone that i already do most of the suggestions. see before i was working west side i did all those things and got great results. but my weights didn't go up like they do on westside. i need to be able to do 80+ push-ups in less than 2 minutes for work. i used to be able to do it in about 90 secs now it take the whole 2 minutes. what went wrong?
