Who should I start?

My league gives you +1 pt for every 30 yds passing.
+1 pt for every 10 yards rushing and/or reciving
+1 for every reception (this is good for RBs!)
+6 pts for a TD
-3 for a lost fumble or INT
3 for a field goal
1 for an extra point
+2 extra pts for TDs and field goals over 40 yds
+2 for a 2 pt covesion

Kicker (pick ONE)

Defense:

San Diego vs Chicago
Oakland vs detroit

Thanks! I've made most of my picks but I'd like some feedback.

QB, Johnson or Garcia, could go either way.
RB, canidate is hurt, so no choice there really
WR McCardell and Boston, Rice is not doing anything this year and Tampa's D is playing well
Kicker, could go either way
Defense, I would go with SD, Chicago's offense is always good for a couple of turnovers

Its a tough play between marshall and bennet. you might want to look for a different defense.
