More DNP questions

I'm going to be starting in a week (for a 7 day cycle) or so and I've got a few ?'s. How much should I eat? I've heard 3000 cals. I'm 6' 220 11% BF. I'm just paranoid about losing muscle. I just came off a t-3 cycle and lost about 3lbs of muscle. I swear, I was about to cry! I want to maximize weightloss but I don't want to lose ANY muscle. Maybe a pound if I have to. I've heard that DNP has muscle preserving qualities so I'm thinking I could go to 2500.

Second, what's the deal with carb loading at the end? My bro told me I should eat about 600g of carbs on the 6th or 7th day to replenish ATP levels. While I agree that it does sound like a good idea, but I tend to think that I should wait until 2-3 days after my last dose.

One last ?. Any of you guys take this with an office job? I have to wear a shirt and tie to work and don't want to look like a fucking pig. I'm going to be taking my doses before I go to bed so that might contain the majority of my sweating to my sleep. Any ideas on what to wear? Should I wear an undershirt or would that just make things worse? Thanks.

drink plenty of water and keep a fan on you at work. I was mostly hot at night, but you will likely sweat at work as well.

as for losing muslce mass, dnp will spare it, but it will make you very tired and you will find it difficult to workout with much intensity if at all. if you are on AS, then just take the time off, you won't lose muscle and you might even be stronger when you come back due to the rest.

take t3 towards the end of you cycle to make up for your body's decreased production.

I personally didn't and won't carb load during the dnp use, but on my next one, due to a recommendation of Fonz, I will cut carbs and go in carb depleted during the initial dnp use and then use an isometric diet throughout (30/30/30% of P/F/C).

good luck and you will be hot, but it works. and be sure to remember that you won't see the real results from being on it until at least a week off of dnp - you might even feel you look worse when you first come off - I always feel like I look awful, but then as my body recovers I look a lot better.
