more calorie = more fat?

Hello boys.

Does calories increase mean necessarely fat gain?
I'll try to explain myself better.
I'm 30 y.o. 6' 200# 17% bf.
I want to put more lean mass on which means I have to modify my diet.
I have to push my calories intake from 2400 (manteinance) to 3000, reduce my carbs and increase my fat and protein intake.
Does this mean I have to expect more fat on my belly and increased body fat?
I want more lean mass but also less body fat.
Is this possibile while eating even more?

Thanks

calories in > calories burnt = fat gain

What is the average amount of calories burnt for a person in his 30s that workout 6 times a week?
I red that a person with my stats (30y.o., 200#, 6') should intake 2400 calories for manteinance and 3000 to gain.
Does this sound right to you?

Thanks bro
