Ok this is the last week of my current routine, and i have decided to start a 5x5 routine. I have read the sticky and some other posts about it, but still have a couple questions. Right now my split is like this
monday - chest delt abs
tuesday off
wedn - bi tri abs
thursday - chest/back hams
friday - delts bi's quads
so when im doing a 5x5 routine, just curious of someone could give me a good split i can use
