Monntana's book

I read it, thought it was a good read. Dont think you can get it in paper. Its a pretty fast read, I read it in 2 sittings. He's down to the point.

Yes if your still inexperienced working out

No offense but that's kind of vauge. Inexperienced compared to what? There are people that have been training for 10 years who still don't know what the fuck they are doing. I'm certainly no neophyte, but I'm always trying to increase my knowledge and try different approaches to training. You make it sound like there is nothing of worth in the book if you know bodybuilding 101. If that's the case I suppose it's not worth it.

There was another thread awhile back about this topic. From the replies I gathered that it's valuable, but you can get the same information from reading the boards.
Myself, I think you should buy the book (think I will too). When I read the boards how do I know the info is Montana's or not?
Gotta admit you took me aback with the F word with your screen name Devout. The Sinner part sneaking through?
Damn, how do I get a laughing smilie on this?

Ya sorry I guess it is a little vague. I consider myself pretty much a newbie, I have been training less then a year. I found there was some good info in there. You really can get the same info on the boards though.

Nelson also posts in the anabolic forum and defends his shit. To me, thats alot of credibility.

Buy it.
