i choke the band around the bottom of the seated row , then i wrap a old karate belt around one hand , loop it through the band and then wrap it around the other hand . Then I straddle the band and walk out until the band is stretched to length between my legs and do pull throughs . Its the gayist looking thing of all time , but there is no pulley at my gym that is low enough to use .
