Day 1 Chest/Calves

Incline bench 5x5-218lbs
Flat dumbbell press 2x10-68lbs
Standing calve raises 5x25-218lbs

Day 2 Back/Shoulders

Deads 5x5-308lbs
Military press 5x5-178lbs
Side laterals 2x10-30lbs
Chins 1x6, 1x5
Rows 2x9-68lbs



I will add in the rest of the exercises like you have on your own program Needsize when I get used to this volume, otherwise I like this program :mrmuscle:

My gym has no heavy dumbbells what is a good alternateive to DB rows? what a shame....I know, the highest DB is 34 KG :( I need heavy ones dam it.
