Modified my diet/Please critique!

Okay, so as you all know, I am 5'3 143 26% bf (I'm a girl) and I am doing 3x a week weight training and 4x a week cardio. Here is my diet... it's newly modified...

9:00am- Whey Protein (17g of protein, 80 cals, 1g of fat)
12:00 noon- 1/3 cup of 100% whole durham wheat pasta, 8 oz. green beans, 5 oz. tuna (or chicken)
3:00pm- Whey protein
6:00- Same as my noon meal, minus the carbs.
8:00- whey protein.

I usually have a teaspoon or two of natural peanut butter throughout the day as a snack. Is that really bad?

i wouldnt have the protein on its own, you should take some good fats along with your protein say a spoon of flax or natty pb or if it's a post workout shake then some glucose.

also is your 8pm whey shake a post workout shake or a pre bedtime shake?

if it's post workout have some glucose with it if not then whey is absorbed too quickly and would be wasted at any other time except pre and post workout. A whey/casein mix would be far more advantageous. Try mixing the whey with 100g of cottage cheese and some pb or better yet, flax oil, and you'll have a better meal
