I am very lucky to have had all the info and help from all these guys. It's great to find a website where there are truly knowledgeable members. I've been helped big time by Radar and Stevesmi multiple times throughout my time here. There is always SOMEONE who knows their shit and will answer any question I've ever posted. I don't want to name names, really, because I'll leave someone out. Everyone here, mods and non-mods, have helped me beyond belief. My physique has changed insanely since I've joined here.

ditto ditto. big thanks to needto, cane, and radar who are the top dawgs on AAS for weeding out the troublemakers and scammers on a daily basis for yeras and years to make this forum the best on the net

Excellent posts!! But Id like to give a shout out to my bud AAP. Also some advice. This jockstrap I bought. Its rubbing me raw in the taint area. Is there anything to fix that? Discuss......

GREAT JOB TO MY AAS TEAM! steve,dylan,rickrock,radar,arabian,psizzle...place wouldnt be where it is without you guys

i am sorta behind the scenes doing alittle supervising and a whole bunch of ntbm and mr supps work, so you wont see me out there as much in the trenches as these guys or i was a few years ago..but im there also! they are overworked with charity work and under appreciated

THANKS FOR EVERYTHING GUYS!!im glad to be able to say most of them i consider personal friends

also the people that are out there giving help without mod status.. dont think it is going un-noticed! your time as a mod might be comming soon! keep it up
 
ceo is a workhorse also but he is an exe mod, so he is involved with more behind the scene work then a reg mod! but he is a workhorse and has been helping since 2001 and a great friend also! thanks as well buddy
