most of the time i will just skip the workout and continue as i would if i had made the workout. sometimes, if my schedule allows, i will just do the workout the next day and move that weeks workouts back one day. i do not believe the extra rest, either one extra fullbody rest day if you do the workout the next day or one week for that given muscle groups you intended, will not hurt you at all.
this, btw, gives me an idea for a training concept.....
