Just got off a cut cycle which I kept dairy to a minimum. Not trying to go on a full out bulk, more or less looking for lean mass, does anyone have any takes on milk? Understanding it has sugar/saturated fat was wondering of this would be useful to have while trying to build lean mass. Any info is great. Im not a newb, just kinda stuck and looking for opinions, because I wanna do this the RIGHT way.
