I normally drink heaps of milk (1-2 litres of skim milk per day).
Many people on the forum claim that either milk (a) makes them look fatter because it bloats them, or (b) that it is fattening (never understood the latter, because milk is very low GI, and lower than oats, sweet potatoes, and many other supposedly superior sources of carbs).
If I was to give up milk to see whether milk indeed made me look "puffier" or "bloated", how long would it take for the bloating effect to disappear?
