Right now, I have 4 servings of protein a day (28 g per serving i think) from shakes. I used to use water cuz i thought i was going to cut, yet since then I've decided to bulk (lol) so for the last two weeks or so I've been eating a lot and all. With my shakes i've been using milk now, 1 cup per serving. Im using this Horizon Organic milk, and was wondering if having this much milk was a problem or not?
