By the way, anyone feel like explaining their form on Military Presses? I feel like I stress my triceps with it too much, somehow.
I think I feel more stress in my shoulders when I lift it actually over my head, first off (I was lifting it more in front of my face, now I go over the middle of my skull, if that makes sense). Also, I lower the bar to my upper-chest. I use a shoulder-width grip, or SLIGHTLY wider.
Any tips?
