I've been shooting to put up the 100lb dbs on military for some time now. Last night I did it for five reps.....well.....four good reps and one....lets just say less than textbook.

Gonna try 105s next week. I attribute the progress to two things: First is deadlifts. Since I finally have some core strength, every lift has gone up, along with my confidence which is important as anything. Secondly, I'm in the fourth week of my first cycle...test only....I think that bears mention.

Anyway....was a good night last night. :)
 
Great pr bro, I've been up to the 110's but the stress on my bicep tendons from getting them into position just isnt worth it
 
Damn... that's some sweetness... I've done the 90's before, after my first shoulder accident... but, well.. it's hard for me to do 65's now... LOL

Fatty - thanks to you too. You're gonna need to find a gym that has the bigger DBs soon, assuming that's you in your avatar.

needsize - I'm officially chasing you now, and not in a stalker kinda way. I want those 110s. Gonna shoot for mid March. I'd like to add 5lbs a week, but I don't want to overdo it either.

I did 110lbs for about 4 a few weeks ago, but since I can only do 100lbs for 5-6. My shoulders kept getting stronger after my last cycle, even though other lifts have dropped.

It may be from adding cleans to my routine.
