I've been shooting to put up the 100lb dbs on military for some time now. Last night I did it for five reps.....well.....four good reps and one....lets just say less than textbook.
Gonna try 105s next week. I attribute the progress to two things: First is deadlifts. Since I finally have some core strength, every lift has gone up, along with my confidence which is important as anything. Secondly, I'm in the fourth week of my first cycle...test only....I think that bears mention.
