Metric conversions

FYI:

1 pound = 0.4536 kilogram
1 inch = 2.54cm
1 foot = 30.48cm

So a guy who is 6', 200lb would be 182.88cm, 90.72kg, and if you can bench 350 that generally means 350 pounds, which is only a puny 159kg no wonder bodybuilders don't like to use metric for their stats.

I was taught metrics in school but since here in the U.S. we don't have much of anything metric I have forgot the conversion. I remember 20 years ago they told us in school that in 5 years everything would be metric so we better learn it. That was bullshit!
