Metabolism

Hello!!!
I wanted to know what three components to your metabolic rate are there. I heard about them somewhere, and I want to clear that out.
And what chemical reactions does the metabolism has...
Thanks

is this some sort of test?

chemical reactions that metabolism has?
do you want a list?

better to pick up a physiology book and read about what you SPECIFICALLY want to know.

MBR, UPA and TEF...
Those are the three components of metabolism...And I want somebody to explain that to me...
And the chemical reactions like anabolism and catabolism, or any other that there are...
Please explain what are they and what do they do...

don't you mean BMR. basal metabolic rate. The amount of calories to keep your body in homeostasis. So when you are doing nothing this would be that rate. The equation has nothing to do with catabolism or anabolism since it is an equilibirum constane that varies from person to person. Basically it has some main factors, Age, Weight, amount of muscle, surface area and hormonal balances. You should really read book since I had spend almost four years tyo learn all this shit i can't post all the info.....

best to get some textbooks.

these are more than just "chemical reactions". these are the end results of numerous activities.

if you are really looking to the specifics, its best to pick a particular area and study it with a publication. ie muscle hypertrophy, or factors involved in protein/muscle being used for energy. instead of just asking for an entire textbook of info, paraphrased and posted on a message board.

like lord suston said, its not simple to explain nor could the answer be all inclusive of what you are looking for, based on your very broad general request.
