Measurements for physique

What is a good rule of thumb or guide on what your Measurements should be for doing a physique competition? I had originally posted about wanting to do a fitness comp until I started to do a little more research. I do see that in the distant future but I would like to legit do a competition in the next 6-9 months so I think physique is a good start. I'm 5' 10" and not sure what to shoot for as far as goal measurements. One thing I'm not sure is good or bad is I have a wide bone structure. On the good side it tapers nicely and I have long legs but my rib cage and hip bones are bigger.

Just going by your tiny avi pic I can tell you you are nowhere near Physique class, look up Dana Linn Bailey.
How long have you been lifting?
Taller girls have to work even harder to put on muscle mass due to the extra long limbs, you've got more space to fill out, ya know?

You can always look at show results from your area and see pictures of who the people are who are winning the shows and get an idea of what the "going look" is. You need a lot of mass to do physique and it's a cardinal rule that we always overestimate how much muscle we have the first time through a prep.

The other thing you could do would be to post up a pic and we could tell you where you should aim for or find someone in your area who is well versed in competitions and get some honest feedback.

Here is a pic View attachment 106693 from today...the hair is a mess just got back from a run

I know its gonna be shouldn't but everyone starts some where right? IM hoping Having a large frame will help compensate for the mass I need to gain

Not a bad start...but since you're tall you'll have to fill out a little. It's all about being proportional. So actually having a big frame will cause a need to fill out. Right now you have more of a figure look going

Although physique isnt bodybuilding, physique still has size.

I agree. Def look at past winners at the show you wanna do. I've seen some shows where some competitors could (and SHOULD) do bodybuilding!
Physique class is still relatively new and a concrete look hasn't really been established. We just don't want to get super sliced and diced and vascular and super striated like a bodybuilder
