yeah they vary in quality though mostly not by much
MRP's are standard in my opinion a waste of money though i do have a box at home which i save for emergencies, if i have to go out and stuff...
They taste good but often contain crappy stuff in them like maltodextrin which is used as a filler (although it's good postworkout if mixed with dextrose, maltodextrin that is not an mrp)
Some even contain hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils and corn syrup... SHOCK!!!
