Meal options for one who works 12 hr days?

I am trying to do a lean bulk right now shitty thing is its winter time so I'm really busy with work( northern Canada in oil fields) and am forced to pack a lunch. I have been eating a big breakfast or meal replacement shake usually make a few sandwiches or subway for lunch and bring snacks like almonds. And cook supper when I get home around 8-9pm. Anyone have any better suggestions to keep my calories and protien intake up?
 
I work 4/10's. Its all about protein bars, almonds, shake with oats, and trail mix.

I work shift work, 12 hours shifts. I just cook a big healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, healthy snacks, and several protein shakes. I cook ahead alot...meat,vegetables, and leafy greans for lunch and dinner. Ill cook a big dinner and take the left overs the next day. Nuts, fruits, and low sugar protein bars for snacks. And a couple shakes usually post workout and pre bed. It can be hard sometimes especially when in a rush.
