what do you guys think?

Congrats on your PR's!

Question...didn't you PM me about the bottom of your bench being a weak point? I hope I don't have you mixed up. Just wondering where the lat work fall for you. Do you do that another day?

The only thing I may have done differently is work up to a 3RM on the 3 boards, as opposed to a higher rep range.

NICE WORK :D

hey there spatts, I hit lats on my speed day. I am also going to be doing pause benching and cambered bar benching for a little while to hopefully help with the bottom of my bench.

How does that sound?

Hey, if it works for ya, go for it. I personally hit lats twice a week. We need a cambered bar....that sounds like some good stuff for the bottom. Keep me posted.
