So I'm half way through a Sust cycle all on its own. I've been lifting for a year now and have pretty much put on the size and strength that I want. Now the question is do I just keep pushing through building mass or would it be ok to start cutting midway through a 12 week cycle? This is my first cycle in over ten years. I'm 5'10",238 lbs, 34 yrs. I want to get down to 215 but I'm having a difficult time losing they weight; however, I'm losing body fat.
