ok im satrtin my 4th week 750mg test ,,,400 mg deca ,,,and 50mg dbol,,,have gained like 8 pounds i have been eating good but healthy at the same time and staying away from fats ,,some one had told me to just eat everything in site if i wanna really grow and bump my test and deca up,,,help guys,,,,im 192 right now wanna hit 210 if possible
 
If you are a hardgainer....than yeah eat everything in site.....this is what I do....no matter what I am taking........eating brownies right now.....:p :p
 
A simple formula for wt. gain during cycle.

Take your desired weight and x by 20.
210x20=4200 calories

This works pretty good for most people.
For lean hard gainers x by 25.
Don't under estimate calories during a bulking cycle.
 
500g of protien a day and 5000 calories if you are trying to make some serious gains.
 
i would agree with a shitload of protein and cals i am 6'0" 190 natural and i eat a shitload of tuna, chicken breasts, red meat, and complex carbs, i have gained about 20 pounds from this with extreamly intense training.
 
2 boxes hamburger helper, 2 lbs ground beef, 1 gallon milk every day
