@jiga14 haha thanks bro.Im not emotional like other men who have gyno about my situation but thanks for the advise.Ill make these titties hit the floor,but ts difficult.Ive been doing alot of pushups but it hasnt been working.My situation is pretty fucked up,to say the least,so i may need to do more....@depotgang,but letrozone is used for cases which have just started from what i know right?My case has been here for a while.

Ok I'll give you my advise. And yes I know more about gyno than 99% of the people In this thread that are trying to peddle you suppliments
1: you have high bf % your gyno may just be fat. Reduce your bf to 10% and you will see if it goes away. Certain fat burners may work so the guy recommending yhomiflame may not be so far off.
2: you get to 10% bf and you find that your nipples are still puffy. There may be a lump under them. It may be painful. Proceed to using an ai like letro to see if it shrinks them. You only have a very small chance of removing gyno at this point if it has already developed.
3: you have painful lumps under your nipples. This is actual breast tissue that has formed and you now have little to know chance of removing it without surgery. I'm hoping to get mine out with surgery in a few years. You can control the size and pain with ai's but you will never remove it without surgery.

A lot of rubbish posted on this. No scientific studies have show efficacy of letro in reducing gyno....so u are rellying on bro-science. Search my posts and see how I have done a lot of research on this. I suggest tamoxifen (nolva) dosed at 10-20 mg/day for 3 months or more. If you take the info I have posted previously to your dr he will probably prescribe you it....i even copied and pasted an emil I sent to my dr. A prescription is better than buying under-dosed stuff from online. Also apply letroZone twice a day directly to the breast area.
Obviously you seriously need to reduce weight too, that will help a LOT

I would get some lab work and then address it from there.
its gyno from your pic.. everyone is confused in this thread cause you never said if this was puberty gyno or anything.. you didn't say if you got it from gear.. you didn't give stats. you just posted a pic
if its puberty gyno then you will probably need surgery. if its from gear then wtf did you wait this long to address it and how could you have let it go on that long without stopping it?
also just cause your doctor says its not gyno doesn't mean he is right.. you realize that doctors fuck up all the time right? there are about 25000 people a year who die from doctors writing out the wrong Rx just in the US. they fuck up all the time, its what they are good at.
get a 2nd opinion, 3rd opinion. 4th opinion. this is something very serious and if surgery is the only option then go for it.. I am the last person to recommend surgery but in this case you have no choice

then you need surgery.. as simple as that
everyone else's opinion in this thread is pointless because they think you got it from gear and they do not understand that during puberty some boys will develop breasts from the hormonal changes.
you have a severe case and you should get it addressed no different then getting your wisdom teeth taken out. its just something you have to do and putting it off or running letro is not going to get rid of it lets stop fooling ourselves in this thread
