I’ve been eating very bad my whole life never really ate any vegetables
when I go out to a restaurant they put vegetables in my plate I would just ignore them and eat and everything else lol
I’m looking to start eating healthier and I figure it’s salads would be a good option.
Can you give me some advice when it comes to dressing for salad and do you add chicken or steak to your salad?
I know it’s not going to be easy but any advice you can give me is appreciated how to make a salad taste good so I get more of vegetables
