I've always liked italian dressing and vinegrettes. But some of them are loaded with sugar and carbs. So, I made my own.
3 parts Vinegar
1 part Olive Oil
Garlic powder
Minced onions
Black pepper
Just a touch of salt
If you stick it in the fridge, the oil part of the dressing will harden.
Make sure you take it out of the fridge 15-20 min before use.
The best part: No carbs, Low sodium, and tastes good
