After some prompting from Annie72, I have decided to come clean in order to get good help. I joined this forum a little while ago and began on my journey of clean eating, cardio, and weight training. I also used Lipo 6 and anavar. I had good results. I lost 14 lbs in a bit over 2 weeks and gained muscle. I was very proud of my work.
Needless to say...I injured my shin, messed with my diet a bit, and then I went on vacation for 2 weeks. That was a big mistake. Loved the vacation. During the vacation I ate poorly, CARBS...and southern cooking...killed me, and the most exercise I did was walking on the beach. I know major screw up!!!
So out of my shame I am here to ask for major help. I need to totally start over and begin with a clean diet. I usually prefer low carb so other is kind of foreign. It seems like especially at the beginning I am carb sensitive. I have more cravings if I eat carbs. At least for the first 2 weeks.
I am allergic to eggs so I can not use them as an option.
I have a goal of a fit body by Oct 2nd. Maybe not as fit as I ultimately want but better than this.
My worst area is my abdominal area probably due to 5 children.
I need major help and am willing to follow whatever...diet and exercise. Please help!!!
I would love to add in anavar (I had great results) and clenbuterol in a couple of weeks. I do like fat burner but I seem sensitive to them in terms of after I take them I have a let down and have no energy for a month.
