Major Screw up!!!

After some prompting from Annie72, I have decided to come clean in order to get good help. I joined this forum a little while ago and began on my journey of clean eating, cardio, and weight training. I also used Lipo 6 and anavar. I had good results. I lost 14 lbs in a bit over 2 weeks and gained muscle. I was very proud of my work.

Needless to say...I injured my shin, messed with my diet a bit, and then I went on vacation for 2 weeks. That was a big mistake. Loved the vacation. During the vacation I ate poorly, CARBS...and southern cooking...killed me, and the most exercise I did was walking on the beach. I know major screw up!!!

So out of my shame I am here to ask for major help. I need to totally start over and begin with a clean diet. I usually prefer low carb so other is kind of foreign. It seems like especially at the beginning I am carb sensitive. I have more cravings if I eat carbs. At least for the first 2 weeks.

I am allergic to eggs so I can not use them as an option.

I have a goal of a fit body by Oct 2nd. Maybe not as fit as I ultimately want but better than this.

My worst area is my abdominal area probably due to 5 children.

I need major help and am willing to follow whatever...diet and exercise. Please help!!!

I would love to add in anavar (I had great results) and clenbuterol in a couple of weeks. I do like fat burner but I seem sensitive to them in terms of after I take them I have a let down and have no energy for a month.

PLEASE take pity....
 
first thing first. let go of this "shame" you speak of and guilt. whats done is done. look at it as a learning experience. i'm sure you'll have more vacations in the future and the memories/choices made form this one will help you make better choices next time.

another past experience you can benefit from is when you lost all that weight. why not use knowledge you already posses from your past weight loss journy that PROVED to yield great results . you'll be fine, its easy enough to duplicate the past, you just have to take control.

post your diet and exercise and i'm sure the ladies will tweak it for you even more.

a personal note about supplements. from what i've seen, people seem to get addicted to them. addiction mean too much of something. too much of anything is not a good thing.
 
Hell ya girl. Welcome back to the life stile of fitness. No shame in this game just start moving forward. We are all hear for you.

Is that the right thing for me to do? I purchased a book called Ripped 2 and that has made me wonder if my approach is a good one. There would be no way I can cut meat out. I like lean meat and mostly chicken and fish.

If the south beach diet worked for you in the past then sure give it another go. I do think it is one of the better diets out there. As the others have said we all slip and fall the only thing that matters is getting back up and achiving the goal.

Start at 20 mcg and increase the dose 20mcg at a time I would not recommend going over 120 mcg a day. Make sure your taking taurine with it or else you will experience all the side and a nasty rebound when you stop 1000mg per 20 mcg. Tradditionaly people run it two weeks on two weeks off.
 
Thank you...you really provide alot of useful info. I wish you lived in my area i know you would kick my ass in shape..lol. None of my firends here are into working out..etc. My husband is but he lifts so far above me that it is frustrating for me. Thanks!!!
