Domestic is always safer...... However, lots of guys order from over seas too..... As long as you have a source that is good at packaging, and discreet, you should be ok..... There really is no way to know that though, unless you place an order..... Also, over seas sources tend to be alot cheaper in price then Domestic.... So, there are +'s and -'s I guess you could say....
