Me and my boys went cruisin for a few rental houses today; we found one in Seymour, CT. 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, huge living room area, dining room, finished basement, big attic, 1.5 baths, wash/dryer, nice yard.
Right now it's me and 2 of my friends looking at this place to rent for the next few years to come. The owner is redoing a huge portion of the house; he was nice enough to ask us what we wanted done with the bathroom, kitchen and living room area. He's even installing central air. Best news is that we don't have to sign a paper until he's done....which will probably be soon since him and his wife were pretty impressed with our professionalism and what we had to say about the house.
I am so incredibly pumped to be living with 2 of my responsible, clean friends. I know renting isn't everyone's 1st option, but I will still be able to save money while working and living at this place. We're looking to move in by June 1st. Out of mom and dad's house. Done with school. Kinda scurrrry. This is pretty much the next step.
So it looks like I'll be working at Unilever in Trumbull while living with my boys in Seymour. That's it. All growed up until something else comes along (business opportunity, etc).
