Hello, i saw posts about cardarine making people flat (presumably from lower glycogen storage)
If anyone has taken it, would eating higher carb resolve this? And it wouldn't affect its fat burning potential, yes? (assuming I am within a deficit)

Was 235 --> Now 220, I'm looking for any tips regarding diet on the drug, Thanks
 
In addition, i was thinking of adding fasting to my cardio days (Wed, Sat, Sun) while eating normally on lifting (Mon,Tues,Thur,Fri)

@FC919 cardarine can make you flat for sure but fasting during cardio days isnt related directly to glycogen stores

what i'd like to know is what cycle you doing, sarms ? whats your diet like and your training

please share a log with us and we'll help you plan what to do with more guidance

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i actually don't agree with this at all
that isn't what GW does
perhaps they were taking fake gw that was really clen or a diuretic

but GW doesn't make you flat at all. it will boost endurance and fat loss. that is all
 
GW i can see how someone could get flat on it
make damn sure you get a log going so can track what is going on
 
hard to really answer this question without seeing your detailed diet and training every day
that is why a log Journal will help a lot determining while you're getting flat
 
if you do a long fast you will definitely get flat. But a fast less than 24 hours you shouldn't be getting flat at all
get a log up and pictures up so we can contrast
