Depends. That macaroni is going to be a white starchy carb and will not help fat loss and not so much or at all of muscle gain. The cheese? Well let's not even go there if it's not fat free or so. The Tuna is obviously the only thing that's fine. We're you gaining any fat? Lean muscle? I don't think this would be a good idea to continue let alone even think about adding this to your daily diet...just my .02
