Hello guys im one week in on my current cycle...this will be my 3rd cycle.. my last cycle was about a year ago...thought i would give yall a log after i saw my first weeks amazing gains...Like amazing..
Test prop 75 mg ed 1-8
M1t 30 mgs Ed 1-6
Decca 400 mg per week 4-8
Daily supplements:
Serious mass 2 times a day
Kre alkaline Creatine 2x pills daily
Milk thistle
Jack3d (pre workout)
Diet:
I am trying to consume around 8,000 calories per day. Mostly whole grains Meats etc. Feal free to critique this in any way u want i can make changes to my cycle at any time. i do not want to get in specifics in this area due to the fact we all will be here for many hours. Feel free to post ur own diets for mass cycles etc.
Stats:
24 years old.
starting weight 200
Working out for 3 years seriously now.
Background info:
1st cycle was test e for six weeks. i did not research well at all. i was an idiot and way too young. dont even bother asking the age
2nd cycle was just Test e again for 10 weeks. Alot better results. Now time for some stacking
Day one of week one:
Starting weight 200 lbs.
day one of week 2:
weight : 213
Bench up 20 lbs.
squats up 40 lbs.
all Comments are wanted and completely Neccessary. i do repeat, NECCESSARY . I want a better diet. possibly a complete One for a full week. if u have this info feel free to post for all to see. Thank yall very much
