ok first, this exercise i always hear ppl call skullcrushers and waht i consider skull crushers they call this exercise, i dotn know which one is right, but when i say lying french extensions i am referring to lying on a bench with an ez curl bar and holding your arms directly above your nipples around, and keep your elbows locked and rotating the weight down towards your forehead then back up with the elbows locked whole time.
ok with that out of the way, which grip do you guys feel workst he triceps more. holding the slant of the bar closest to the middle(im talking about where your thumbs would slant down towards your body and your pinkies would slant up towards the ceiling, that slant of the v that is in the bar). or the second slant, closer to the edges of teh bar with the same grip as explained above.
