started self trt in January of this year at 200mg/week, did a small blast in March for 12 week with 400mg and 50mg Tbol, then back to 200mg. Got blood work done in late May and estrogen was at 243, otherwise felt great. Took aromasin 12.5mg 2x per week then got bloods done again a few weeks ago but they didnt print the second page of req so my estrogen never got checked.. 2 days ago I felt a small painful lump just above my right nipple. Looked like a few hairs maybe infected as the base of the hairs were red and sore so I pulled them. I started back on aromasin12.5mg 3x week and I am booking more blood work for this week. Do you think this is gyno after all these months with no issues and just running 200mg? Should I just come off my trt and keep with aromasin?
What is the best way to come off trt, I have read to just start a full pct 2 weeks after last pin and also to just taper down test dose over a few weeks from 200 to eventually zero.
 
If I cant get Letro will taking 20mg Nolva ed and 12.5 aromasin eod for 8 weeks be a good alternate?
can I keep running my trt dose while doing this
 
You need to wait until your bloodwork comes back to determine the issue.. if you start taking letro with no issue you are going to be in a very bad way...

if you want to get off trt, i would suggest doing it far sooner than later.. recovery is going to be difficult as it is and the longer you are on it the more likely you will not recover... coming off has no set answer, its trial and error.. i would strongly suggest first waiting to get bloodwork done and address the gyno issue (if there is one) first then you would likely want to start on a MINIMUM of an 8 week pct protocol and then go from there with bloodwork to determine if you need more of a pct...

@DavyDogg It is possibly gynecomastia and could be serious but coming OFF trt is a bad idea!

You know @DavyDogg this would NEVER happen if you kept your log journal going on EF right? we could have guided you away from gyno. I'm sad to see this happen to you. So i ask you once again, please post your self-TRT log journal for us and we can guide you to get rid of gyno and never have it again, you need MORE than aromasin.
To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
