my back had been cramping all day, so naturally it started doing the same on the box squats. oh well stretching afterwards helped out a lot.
box squats - 225lbs x 10 x 2.
speed sumo deadlift - 225 x 4 x 1.
reverse hyper - bdy x 5 x 8.
chest supported row - 70lbs x 4 x 8
glute ham raise - bdy x 3 x 6.
standing pull down abs -60lbs x 4 x 15.
then mock yoke work. loaded up 500lbs on the bar and did 2 sets of 20second stepping in place or walking back forth in rack.
for all strongman competitor's....... what do you think the corrilation is from carrying a barbell compared to carrying a yoke. i know they feel different, but what i mean is do you think its easier to carry a weight with 500lbs on the bar, or 500 with the yoke. im not talking about it swinging or that, but just is it easier to pick up more weight with the yoke becuase of its design???
