Hey guys,
b fold has been dogging me to post some of my workouts
here goes
box squats
6 sets of 2 with 215 plus 100 pounds band tension at top,
then 255 and 295 with the bands for singles
front squats
135, 185 for 5
225 for 2
ham curls, calf raises, pull thrus all moderate weight with little rest
2 sets hanging leg raises.
