I forgot my belt up in my dorm room, so i was not about to walk all the way back up there to get it once i had already gotten to the gym. So after doing about 10 sets of doubles for box squats and some SLDL and other acc work, my lower back was quite tight. Though by the time i woke up, my lower back was so tight i could barley bend at the hips without a bit of pain. I was wondering if this lower back pain was the result of not wearing a belt while box squatting. I kept tight on the box, so i was wondering what gives.
