low carbs and strength

Is it possible for me to get stronger and lean at the same time? I've just started a new program to get my lifts up but have been successfully doing a low carb diet for some time. The diet seems to be at its peak because I have stopped losing weight. Wanted to know what I'm doing wrong.

Diet:
meal 1: 6 omega 3 eggs
meal 2: chicken breast and cashews
meal 3: 50g whey shake with tbsp Smartchoice cooking oil
meal 4: 2 cans of tuna and a little salad
meal 5: 50g whey shake with tbsp Smartchoice cooking oil
meal 6: 6 whole eggs

Split:
Sun-off
mon- heavy compounds(bench, squat, ect.)
tues-sprints
wed-heavy compounds(incline, cleans, ect.)
thur-agility
fri-heavy compounds(power cleans, bench, squat, ect.)
sat-off

if you still want to lose weight than you will need to take away more food or add more activity. you will most likely reach a point where you will not be able to gain stregnth or size while cutting. you will actually lose some of both. there are few people that are able to continue to gain while cutting once they reach a certain point of growth. basically the bigger and stronger you get the harder it is to keep moving forward and keep what you gained. in the beginning it is almost impossible not to gain. it seems as if you start growing just from getting siked up about working out.

I always start losing strength and energy once I get down below 10% on any low carb diet. I just have to switch the training from heavy to more moderate weights with very strict and very slow positive and negative movements. Only way I can train once I get into single digits.

Same with me, I'd estimate my strength loss is probably 20% or so when I go into 30g or less of carbs per day. Lower weights are fine, cardio is great too (actually seems better for me on low carb), but the 2-3 rep range weights that I would normally be able to push are impossible for me on low carb.
